Bryan Hayward is the founder of Aluminaire, Incorporated, and a former Vice President and Chief Intelligence Officer at Gabel Associates, with over 30 years of experience in energy markets, data analysis, and software development.

He provides consulting services to public and private sector clients in energy procurement, cost optimization, and strategic planning. Bryan has led and supported numerous successful energy procurement programs, combining deep knowledge of utility tariffs, market structures, and forecasting with practical, results-driven analysis.

A core strength of Bryan’s work is the integration of technology with energy strategy. He designs and develops custom software systems to manage large-scale data, model regional energy pricing, and support operational decision-making, including tools for scheduling generation into PJM’s day-ahead and real-time markets.

Bryan’s background in both technical systems and market analysis allows him to approach client challenges with a balanced perspective, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies. His work often includes economic evaluations, savings analysis, and the development of tools and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.

He is a graduate of Rutgers College at Rutgers University. Outside of his professional work, Bryan enjoys exploring emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and data-driven systems. In his spare time, he is also an active professional musician.
